  • Responsibilities

    As a Quality Administrator , you will help the Director of Quality develop and maintain the quality assurance programs, policies, processes, procedures, and controls ensuring that performance and quality of products conform to establish standards and company guidelines to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

    Assist in the development, implementation, upload, and monitoring of the document and data control system. This includes policies and procedures, and training.

    Assist in development of metrics to measure status and progress within the business units.

    Track and monitor inspections, statistical process control analyses and audits are conducted on a continuing basis as specified to enforce requirements and meet specifications.

    Perform other duties as required.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    · Microsoft products to include Power Point Presentations

    · Document and Data control process

    · Detailed Quality Analysis

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

    · High School Diploma

    · 3 years of experience working as an administrator or assistant.

    KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

    · General Knowledge of Quality regulations, standards, and industry practices.

    · Have recent experience with Open Text/Live Link.

    · Have ISO audit experience with a government contracting background is a plus.

    · Military or Government Aviation Background with Quality a plus.

  • Qualifications
    • Knowledge of GIS concepts and analytical techniques, including geospatial data creation, conversion, manipulation, and analysis
    • Knowledge of geodatabase administration principles and demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise geodatabases
    • Experience using GPS technologies or mobile data collection tools
    • Ability to analyze complex problems, evaluate alternatives, and make sound, independent decisions
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
    • Ability to plan, organize, and execute GIS-related tasks efficiently and effectively while meeting customer requirements
    • Ability to communicate and work collaboratively and effectively with project team members and customers to establish and maintain effective working relationships
    • Ability to relate to and work with individuals representing a variety of disciplines, backgrounds, and cultures
    • Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 Suite
    • Strong oral and written skills

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience using Autodesk or MicroStation products.
    • Experience performing data translation with Safe Software FME/Esri Data Interoperability tools
    • Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise/Server/Portal administration
    • Experience with open-source GIS applications
    • Scripting using Python, Arcade and SQL expressions
