Job Summary: Implement and maintain an AS9100 certified Quality Management System

Basic Duties and Responsibilities: • Plan and implement processes conforming to the requirements of AS9100D • Train employees during implementation of new AS9100D compliant processes • Maintain a calibrated tool system • Measure and monitor QMS quality objectives and key process indicators and report status • Manage corrective action system including nonconforming product control and customer feedback • Manage internal and external quality audits • Audit key processes: Fire extinguisher review, employee feedback, machine preventive maintenance logs, job traveler final review

Additional Duties and Responsibilities: • Review customer PO requirements • Document methods of manufacture in M1 • Print shop travelers and manage traveler “splits”

Skills and Educational Requirements: Extensive experience implementing and maintaining ISO9001 and AS9100 QMS programs. Formal and informal training related to ISO9001 and AS9100 processes. Experience as a Quality Assurance manager in an aerospace related field. • Intermediate computer skills • Intermediate Microsoft software skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint) • Basic drawing comprehension including GD&T • Skilled at time management & setting priorities • Good communication skills
