POSITION SCOPE: Drives revenue through high customer retention, focusing on Unit Franchisee training and ensuring high cleaning standards and customer satisfaction by conducting regular customer quality checking.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Train unit franchisees how to operate their Maid Right franchise
Conduct new customer walk through’s with the unit franchisee
Conduct regular quality assurance visits with unit franchisee
Assists in all areas of accurate and timely data entries of customer and Franchisee transactions
Assist Quality Assurance Manager with training needs
Provides receptionist relief and support for breaks, absences and as needed
Performs other related tasks and activities as assigned
PREREQUISITE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION:
Minimum 3 years of recruiting, hiring, training and supervisory experience
Customer service desired
Sales training
Training
Coaching
Cleaning experience (preferred)
JOB QUALIFICATION
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Physically and mentally capable of performing Quality Assurance Manager duties
Bi-lingual
Must be bondable
Cooperate with you, Unit Franchisee and office staff
Perform duties according to the Maid Right system
Act in best interest of you, Unit Franchisees, customers and team members
Detail orientated
Service oriented
Verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to Multi-Task
Self-Directed
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to function in high-pressure situations
Manual dexterity to operate a computer (desk-top and lap-top) and other electronic equipment
Ability to take legible hand-written notes where necessary
Correctable vision and hearing
Excellent interpersonal skills
Clear, easy to understand oral communication ability
Ability to sit for prolonged periods
ENVIRONMENTAL EXPOSURE:
Air conditioned/heated home environment
Exposure to artificial interior lighting
Low to medium level noise
Exposure to hazards as typically found in home environments
