    Position Overview:

    Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement Manager to lead initiatives that enhance healthcare quality, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize patient outcomes.     Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
    • Certifications: Certification in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred.
    • Experience: 5+ years in healthcare quality management, performance improvement, or regulatory compliance.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools, audit processes, and quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
    • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
    • Knowledge: Expertise in healthcare regulations (e.g., CMS, Joint Commission) and accreditation standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement quality improvement programs to enhance patient care and safety.
    • Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards.
    • Lead cross-functional teams in performance improvement projects and initiatives.
    • Train staff on quality methodologies, data collection, and compliance protocols.
    • Prepare detailed reports and present findings to leadership and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with departments to develop action plans for addressing deficiencies.
