The Quality Assurance Specialist performs routine monitoring work and is responsible for using statistical sampling, auditing, and observation of work in progress to evaluate compliance with policies and procedures and adherence to contract requirements.

OVERVIEW:

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducts monitoring and makes recommendations for improvement and maintains documentation on program reviews.
• Compiles required monitoring documents and submits responses to Quality Assurance Lead.
• Provides technical assistance on workforce services programs.
• Maintains knowledge on current and future programs to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates or Undergraduate degree preferred.
• (1-2) Years of relevant experience required.
• Additional relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of required education.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance with good driving record.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
