Our client, an International, category leader has asked The Maven Group to locate a talented Quality Assurance Supervisor with Food Safety experience to join its facility in their Twin Falls, ID area.

This position is a NIGHT SHIFT (6pm -6am), direct-hire, full-time role. It includes an excellent benefits package including great medical coverage starting day one, 401k, and more. This role requires the chosen candidate to be in the Twin Falls, ID area. My client will provide relocation packages for ideal candidates who need assistance. Even globally if needed.

The chosen Quality Assurance Supervisor will ensure that all quality objectives, goals and targets in the factory and you ensure that there is strict adherence with all appropriate laws, food safety quality standards and consumer requirements of all manufactured products.

You should bring deep expertise in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodology, with a strong focus on the Quality Maintenance (QM) pillar, strongly preferred in manufacturing and ideally focused around food safety.  

To be considered as the ideal candidate, you should possess:

• 5 - 8 years’ experience in Production, Manufacturing and quality
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading and managing a diverse work force in a Fast-Paced Team Environment
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience directly managing food quality/safety, receiving, and delivery processes and programs.
  
• Demonstrated success in driving performance improvements in complex environments, along with strong, proven leadership capabilities.
• High capability of leadership and technical assistance to operations and maintenance by aggressively managing food safety and compliance systems, instilling regulatory awareness and commitment.
• Certified or has a good knowledge on the SQF,FSSC 22000 , HACCP and Kosher
• Sound understanding of quality, sanitation, and warehouse environments.
