  • Responsibilities

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in data entry, preferably within healthcare, social services, or billing.
    • Familiarity with encounter and billing practices in early intervention or intellectual disability services (preferred).
    • Familiarity with Pennsylvania CCRI Reporting is a plus.
    • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain data accuracy.
    • Proficiency with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
    • Excellent communication skills for coordination with team members and other departments.

    Additional Requirements

    • A high school diploma or GED is required; an Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
