  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Follow and support ISO 9001:2015 and plant safety systems.
    • Conduct first piece audits as per QA SOP.
    • Perform in-process and finished goods audits to ensure product quality.
    • Report and record nonconformities in TMS software.
    • Collect samples for lab testing as per SOPs.
    • Input sample data into the Infinity SPC database.
    • Print and verify sterile labels when needed.
    • Conduct raw and finished goods inspections.
    • Train new QA hires on auditing, testing, and systems.
    • Assist with production new hire training.
    • Help with lab testing when necessary.
    • Maintain 5S standards in work areas.
    • Other tasks as required
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma/GED.
    • Mechanical aptitude; experience with industrial equipment.
    • Understand SOPs and Work Instructions.
    • Wear required PPE and follow cleanroom protocols.
    • Follow written, oral, and diagram instructions.
    • Effective interaction with co-workers and management.
    • Basic English proficiency.
    • Physical Requirements: * Lift/move up to 40 lbs. * Walk, stoop, bend regularly. * Perform inspections/tests standing or seated. * Work in moderate to loud noise conditions. * Clear vision for close and distant tasks. * Work in cleanroom areas. * Flexible schedule with overtime as needed.
