We're looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant (Quality Control) to join us in working on advanced aerospace, commercial, general aviation, and military programs around the world.

    **__Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to the Quality Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
    • Assist in maintaining and organizing quality documentation, including inspection reports, certifications, and compliance records.
    • Assist in creating and updating quality manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and forms.
    • Track and monitor quality objective and key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure timely updates to reports and dashboards.
    • Support the Quality Manager in coordinating audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards.
    • Support the tracking of corrective and preventive actions, ensuring timely responses to quality issues.
    • Assist in the documentation and follow-up of non-conformities and the implementation of corrective actions
    • Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and escalate issues as needed.
    • Assist in coordinating employee training related to quality standards and maintain up-to-date training records.
    • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support manufacturing operations.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Nice To Have Qualifications, Not Required:

    • Experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system

    • Experience with a Quality Management System (QMS)
