    Job Description

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Tasked with quality control of reports companywide.

    • The ability to monitor the investigative auditing team reports while consistently staying at 95% or higher for quality.

    • Confirming all investigative requirements, clerical information, and required content is included in reports

    • Maintain excellent communication and professionalism at every level.

    • Organizing Teamwork, communicating goals with the team

    • Accountable for team and self

    • Self-initiative and proactive communication.

    • A clear understanding of managing a caseload.

    • Managing project progress and Reporting progress to stakeholders

    • Motivating team members to accomplish their goals.

    • Representing and advocating for team needs

    • Nurturing team member strengths and identifying areas for improvement

    • Clarifying Metrics and using smart goals

    • Collaborates with other auditors to ensure the company's adherence to acceptable standards.

    • Update any report template changes and also communicate changes to the KENTECH team.

    • Assigns and plan different segments of the audit to task team members

    • Collects all documentation necessary for reporting and audits.

    • Identifies any deficiencies within the auditing process and meets with appropriate staff to resolve such deficiencies.

    • Managing conflict resolution and problem-solving when issues arise

    • Supplies the team with timely updates and notifications of any delays

    • Understands the court system and terminology and interprets results.

    • Communicates effectively with team and Researches and retrieves information provided using various websites

    • Reports audit findings.

    • The Investigative Audit Team also creates, updates, and maintains procedural manuals.

    • The Investigative Auditing team coaches and assists team members with development and improvement in reporting.

    • Monitor teams performance

    • Ability to identify training needs and define training programs

    • May be required to work day, weekend, or overtime to accomplish goals

    • Display tech-savvy skills to new technologies.

    • Locate information and documents quickly and accurately, following applicable laws and procedures.

    • Excellent time management skills

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in a research, customer service, or quality control environment.

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred (Criminal Justice, Pre-Law, Paralegal, or Political Science)

    • Accurate Typing Skills 50+ wpm

    • Metric and goal Driven

    • Excellent stress management skills

    • Strong written and oral communications skills

    • Proficient in computer applications used in the office.

    • Ability to problem-solve and provide solutions independently

    • Ability to meet tight time-sensitive deadlines

    • Thorough understanding of generally accepted investigative standards.

    • Investigative and analytical skills, catching discrepancies and things that don't add up in an investigation.

    • Ability to understand background investigative records.

    • Ability to review company documentation to complete audits promptly and proficiently.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to complete work within a specified time frame.

    • Background in report writing
