KENTECH is seeking an individual with excellent communication skills and experience with being consistently accountable for their role.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    Conduct quality control audits on investigative reports to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness.

    Verify all investigative requirements, clerical information, and content before report submission.

    Collaborate with auditors and investigators to ensure adherence to investigative standards.

    Update report templates and effectively communicate changes to the KENTECH team.

    Identify discrepancies or missing information within reports and ensure resolution.

    Assist in developing and maintaining procedural manuals for auditing processes.

    Coach and train team members on reporting best practices.

    Report findings to leadership and recommend process improvements.

    Minimum Qualifications (Must-Have):

    2+ years of experience in auditing, investigations, quality control, or research-based customer service.

    Strong investigative and analytical skills—able to catch inconsistencies and missing details.

    Background in report writing—must be able to review and assess documentation effectively.

    Proficiency in office applications (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).

    Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

    Experience handling confidential information and working in a compliance-driven environment.

    Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):

    Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Pre-Law, Paralegal, Political Science, or a related field.

    Previous experience in background investigations, legal research, or compliance auditing.

    Familiarity with investigative records and background check processes.
