QC Inspector Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Up to 10 hours/week overtime available)

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect metal components and materials using precision tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).

Test materials for defects and ensure compliance with standards.

Perform audits, document results, and generate inspection reports.

Use quality management software for data tracking and reporting.

Monitor production processes to uphold quality at every stage.

Work with teams to address deviations and improve efficiency.

Train production staff on quality assurance practices.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, OSHA, and other standards.

Participate in audits and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Requirements:

High school diploma (Associate degree or QC certification preferred).

3+ years of QC experience in metal manufacturing, especially metal stamping.

Skilled with measurement tools and reading technical drawings.

Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Physically able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varying conditions.
