    Quality Engineer

    As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting inspections and tests on products, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues. Your role will be integral in maintaining and enhancing our quality management systems.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product quality
    • Conduct inspections and tests on products at various stages of production
    • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and customer service, to resolve quality issues
    • Train and educate employees on quality standards and procedures
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control processes and make recommendations for improvement
    • Maintain and update quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records
    • Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance practices

    Required Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of quality engineering experience
    • Must have experience working in EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Service) company
    • Must have experience with SMT and PCBA
    • Certified IPC610, J-STD 001 trainer with ability to train exempt and non-exempt personnel preferred
    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field preferred

    Salary:

    $85K - $110K commensurate with experience
