Summary - QA Inspector : The quality assurance inspector will be response for the inspection of company and supplier manufactured parts to ensure they meet the specifications.

Responsibility Summary - QA Inspector :
- Inspection of machined parts; both in-house and supplier manufactured parts
- Inspections will consist of mechanical, electronic and injection molded parts
- Documentation of inspection results
- Generate Nonconforming Product Reports (NCP) for rejected parts/assemblies at all phases of manufacturing/production
- Final Assembly inspections and first article inspections
- Creation and upkeep of inspection control plans
Qualification Summary - QA Inspector:
- 5+ years of experience working as a QA inspector of mechanical and injection molded parts
- Experience utilizing precision measurement tools inclusive of CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)
- Ability to operate and program CMM's
- Basic math skills, ability to read and interpret blueprints, experience working in tight tolerances
- Microsoft excel experience preferred
- ASQ certified QA inspectors preferred
