We’re looking for an Quality Inspector, right next door at HYSPEED MACHINE! If you have experience in quality assurance and are passionate about precision manufacturing, this could be the perfect fit. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our aerospace products meet top industry standards.

What You’ll Do

Oversee daily inspections of products to ensure they meet AS9100 standards, customer specifications, and company quality goals.

Perform First Article, Final, Receiving, and In-Process Inspections of precision machined parts.

Prepare First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) and maintain accurate inspection records.

Identify and address quality issues, ensuring corrective actions are taken.

Calibrate measuring tools and inspection equipment.

Read and interpret blueprints to ensure product accuracy.

Stay up to date with AS9100 quality standards, ITAR, and DFAR requirements.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in quality assurance (preferably in manufacturing, not required)

3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with AS9100/ISO9001 and NADCAP systems.

Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods.

Proficiency with mechanical inspection tools and methods.

CMM programming experience is a plus, on the job training available!

High school diploma or GED required.

Schedule & Compensation

Work Hours: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (4-10s schedule)
