Quality Inspector @ Woodbury, Minnesota (1099 Contractor-Part Time)
Responsibilities
We are looking for a Basic Inspector to visit multiple sites, to conduct equipment inspections and tag assets (e.g., HVAC units, exhaust hoods, grease traps, refrigerated tables, signage, etc.)
The inspector will be responsible for verifying and documenting equipment conditions, tagging an average of 15-17 assets per location, and reporting findings to the project manager.
The Inspector will be responsible for conducting routine inspections, documenting findings, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and reporting any defects or deviations.
Attention to detail and the ability to follow inspection protocols are essential.
Technical Qualifications:
Experience in basic inspection tasks, including equipment tagging and asset documentation Familiarity with facility management tools and processes.
Ability to comfortably use a computer and basic Microsoft programs for report generation and documentation.
Industry Experience:
Knowledge of inspection processes and basic tools, familiarity with safety standards and quality control protocols.
Prior experience in facility inspections or asset tracking, particularly within restaurant or convenience store chains, preferred.
Job type: 1099 contract
Shift Hours: Day shifts, 8 AM - 5 PM. Flexibility required based on project needs only.
