Our customer in South Bend, IN is looking for an experienced Quality Director to join their growing team. The ideal candidate offers 5 years' experience in a quality management position, experience working with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and a high level understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance.
• Conduct regular internal audits and lead regular root cause analysis/ corrective action processes.
• Train and mentor employees on QMS and EMS standards, tools, and best practices.
