Quality Systems Manager
Chanhassen, MN | Contract | $45 – 65/hr

Konik is partnering with an established manufacturer that is seeking to add an experience Quality Systems professional to their team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be supporting and advancing the Quality Management System in an AS9100 setting.

Quality Systems Manager Responsibilities:

• Review and understand the existing Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring its alignment with ISO9001 & AS9100 standards, and resolving any gaps as needed.
• Collaborate with various internal departments and managers, providing mentorship and training on Quality Management System procedures, roles, and responsibilities, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Perform internal and supplier audits to assess adherence to Quality Management System standards, managing corrective actions as needed.
• Review and edit existing forms, manuals, and procedures to align with Quality Management System standards.
  
  

Quality Systems Manager Qualifications: 

• Bachelors in Engineering or related field preferred, though not required.
• 7+ years of experience in Quality Systems in a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated success in implementing, maintaining, and / or auditing Quality Management Systems, specifically in an AS9100 setting, is required.
• Ability to provide hands-on mentorship and training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
