Batavia Ohio manufacturing company is seeking a 1st shift, M-F Quality Manager. Pay 80K plus, based on experience.

Responsibilities include :

Implementation and maintenance of the Company quality system, Management Representative for ISO 9001 Quality System, Conducts internal audits, Schedules and leads Management Review meetings, Controls and updates all ISO documents and forms.

Implements training for production personnel and other levels of management.

Conducts yearly ISO training for all employees, Ensures all employees are trained on IPC-A-610 and JSTD-001 Standards.

Manages staff of production Quality Inspectors, Monitors the quality output of inspection staff to ensure products meet all industry standards -- makes final quality decisions as required, Monitors the process quality of product through AOI machines.

Other duties as assigned.
