Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Specialist on construction projects

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Detail oriented with effective organization and coordination skills

Ability to:

Learn company specific applications and procedures

Work independently

Effectively collaborate with others in a team-based environment

Strong work ethic that can work effectively as an individual contributor and as part of a team with the ability to build strong relationships

Responsibilities:

Prepare/utilize Inspection and Test Plans (ITP’s) detailing inspection requirements of construction detailed on Construction Drawings and in Project Specifications

Perform and document field inspections utilizing checklists developed by the Quality Team

Compile quality documentation for submittal to the project owner

Attend Quality Meetings as required

Analyze and determine trends for Quality Issues

Other Requirements:

Perform office and field work with minimal oversight and supervision

Ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environments

Regular, reliable attendance

Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.
