Job Description

We are working with an established company in Alpharetta that is on the search for 15 Customer Service Reps to start immediately!

Start date of April 13th; must be able to start on this day!

Schedule: first 2 weeks will be in office for training, after training you can work from home (as long as you have decent internet speeds). If you don’t have the minimum internet speed required (you can work out of our office in Dunwoody)

Here is the breakdown of the temps and shifts that are needed.

• 6 Temps – 9am to 5:30pm
• 6 Temps – 11am to 7:30pm
• 3 Temps – 12:30pm to 9pm

Work Days:  Mondays thru Fridays

Days Off:  Saturdays and Sundays

Pay: 14/hour

Duties:

•  Follow appropriate communication scripts when handling various calls 
• Receive and record accurate information from high volume inbound/outbound calls 
• Conduct high volume outbound calls to respond and follow up with customers
• Communicate with customers by telephone and/or email to set, reschedule, or cancel appointments 
• Find resources or special equipment necessary to accommodate customer needs 
• Resolve customer complains using effective problem-solving skills

Must have previous call center experience and insurance experience will put you at the top of the list!!
