What We’re Looking For: Previous Quick Lube / Dealer experience highly preferred • ASE Certification (preferred but not required) • Strong problem-solving skills • Attention to detail • A commitment to quality and safety Perks: • Flexible hours • Employee discounts on services • Health and retirement benefits Responsibilities: • Provide suggestions for additional maintenance depending on the vehicle's age, mileage, and other factors • Clean the shop floor and all work areas, and ensure all safety regulations are followed • Perform oil changes and fluid checks on customer vehicles, including draining and replacing engine oil, checking and filling transmission, brake, power steering, and coolant fluids • Document all service procedures performed and parts installed or replaced • Perform Video inspections and digital inspections of every car that is serviced. Qualifications: • Able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds • Comfortable using car lifts, jacks, and other garage equipment safely • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong customer service skills • 1+ years of experience as a lube technician or related automotive experience desired Compensation: $15 - $21 hourly
