Job Description

We are looking for a Support Technician to assist route driver with servicing/pumping and cleaning portable restrooms.

We conduct thorough criminal background checks and drug testing.

Support Technician Responsibilities:

• Delivering and picking up units in a timely, safe, and courteous manner.
• Provide services to customers' portable restroom unit on assigned route by pumping, washing and restocking units.
• Repair, clean and prepare portable restroom units for delivery as needed.
• Follow delivery and pickup instructions from dispatcher and manager.
• Follow Company operational procedures.

Support Technician Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen (includes marijuana).
• Must work in a safe manner and enjoy physical work with the ability to lift 100 lbs frequently.
• Must provide excellent customer service.
