Marion Mint of Florida, Inc. is a trusted and established business in Ocala. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QuickBooks expert to join our team on a part-time basis.
Position Overview: The ideal candidate will manage our QuickBooks system, including building new general journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring financial data is accurate and up to date. This position is perfect for someone seeking flexible, part-time hours while utilizing their QuickBooks expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update QuickBooks quarterly. with periodic updates
Create and manage general journal entries.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts quarterly, with periodic updates.
Generate and review financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, etc.).
Ensure accurate coding of expenses and income.
Collaborate with management to ensure financial data aligns with company objectives.
Provide periodic financial summaries for management review.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with QuickBooks (minimum 5 years preferred).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and journal entries.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently
Strong communication skills.
Hours & Compensation:
Part-time, flexible hours (10-15 hours per month, depending on workload).
Competitive hourly pay, commensurate with experience.
