Full Time Entry Level Production ($13.15 plus bonuses)
Open Schedules 2am-10:45am 3am-11:45am 6am-2:45pm A. Primary Purpose of Job: The purpose of this position is to maintain common areas of the facility, produce quality baked goods or prepared foods for sale in the QuikTrip stores. All QuikTrip employees are to treat each other with dignity and respect following the QT Code of Conduct B. List the major functions for this position starting with the most important and ending with the least important (maximum of 10 functions). 1. Follow all safety, sanitary, and procedural guidelines in the preparation of finished baked goods and prepared foods. 2. Perform the following job functions as trained: BAKERY - Donut preparation. - Chunking dough. - Ice, fill, or glaze donuts and pastries. - Bake designated products (cookies, muffins, croissants, etc). - Assemble and package food items per recipe guidelines. - Stock and rotate raw products correctly to, and from, storage. - Stage finished products for pick room. - Operate the wash system and SMT Sanitation system. - Fryer filtering/Boil out. PICK ROOM (Refrigerated Room) - Stage finished products for store orders. - Merge stores onto conveyor. - Stage totes and trays for daily production. - Securely lid totes for transport. TUNNEL WASH (All employees assist here) - Load dirty utensils, totes, etc. into machine to be cleaned. - Unload and stack items after cleaning; additional drying as needed. - Adjust machine as needed. - Required to wear ear protection. - Move dirty items from trailers and staging areas to tunnel wash, separate as necessary for cleaning. 3. Meet production standard by complying with all company policies and procedures and programs at the direction of the Team Leader, Coordinator or Manager. 4. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP guidelines. Recognize potential issues and report them to a Team Leader, Coordinator or Manager. 5. Operate equipment in a safe manner following manufacturers and QTK guidelines. Clean and reassemble as directed. 6. Recognize sub-standard products and dispose of them properly. 7. Attend team meetings, one-on-one and evaluations as directed. 8. Control waste during the production of finished goods. Meet the budgeted guidelines for spoilage. 9. Laundry tasks may be required on an as needed basis. 10. Assist in other areas in the facility as needed.
