Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a dynamic professional for the role of Director of Cardiovascular Services in Las Cruces, NM.
Key Requirements:Licensure and Education:• Active or eligible New Mexico RN license is a must.• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. Advanced degree (MSN, Healthcare Administration, and MBA) highly preferred.
Experience:• Seven years of experience in healthcare, with at least three years in a leadership role.• Previous involvement in a for-profit hospital is highly desirable.• Proven track record in building and leading teams focused on quality initiatives.•
Certification:• BLS and ACLS certification required.
Responsibilities:As the Director of Cardiovascular Services, you will be responsible for overseeing all facets of cardiovascular operations, including:• Leadership and mentorship of staff.• Development and enforcement of policies and procedures.• Ensuring accreditation compliance and maintaining accountability for the program's budget and productivity.
Minimum Qualifications:• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (required). MSN, Healthcare Administration, and MBA (highly preferred).• Experience: Seven years in healthcare, with at least three years in a leadership role.
