Licensed Rad Tech

Secondary Certification in CT

6 months of experience

Nice-To-Haves:

3 years of Rad Tech experience

3 years of CT experience

First shift would be 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 4:30pm. Third Shift would be 5:30pm to 5:30am or 5:30pm to 3:30am. They can work 3 12 hour shifts or 4 9-hour shifts.

Job Description:

Responsible for performing a variety of CT & XRAY procedures while observing patient safety protocols. Responsible for obtaining accurate patient history, patient positioning, technique, processing using CT, XRAY, and PACS equipment, and communicating with Radiologist and support staff. Functions as the first line interface with patients in the successful accomplishment of their imaging needs.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an approved school of Radiology Sciences with certification in diagnostic radiography

Licensed as a Registered Radiologic Technologist by the State of Ohio and registered by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with secondary certification in Computed Tomography (CT)

AVOID: Candidates with no working experience longer than 2 years.
