Job Description
As the face of customer support at RADEIN, your first priority is the customer itself. You seek to solve problems efficiently and connect with customers to ensure a quick solution to a variety of level one technical issues. You seek to exceed expectations with problem-solving both IN PERSON, via PHONE, or other methods of support. In this position, communication and organizational skills are utilized daily to work with vendors and customers to reach a quick and easy resolution to software and hardware issues. You can analyze, isolate and resolve basic technical issues through different methods of troubleshooting. You have proficient verbal and written communication skills, as well as advanced skills in time management and organizational response.
Though basic technical skills will be utilized throughout the entirety of this position, proficient skills in customer service and customer interaction are imperative to success and growth within the company. Your job is not only to aid in the resolution of technical issues but also to provide a world-class customer experience. This position is IN PERSON in Cleburne, Texas. (76031)
RADEIN is a fast-growing managed technology services company based in Cleburne, Texas. We expect everything out of our employees that customers do. As a support advisor, you will interact with customers from our corporate clients, as well as clients within the schools we support. As the customers’ first point of contact, you are the friendly face our customers can rely on for technical support. Although customers’ needs vary, the customer experience should remain the same. We will rely on you to listen and patiently, yet efficiently, support customers. Organizational and advanced communication will be important to documenting and resolving solutions. While technical skills are important, we’ll train you to be the best.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
· Successful completion of FBI-Level background check
· Successful completion of an interview and screening process
· Proficiency in typing on laptops and personal computers, 40 WPM+ while speaking with customers
· Able to work extended hours no more than 10 business days per year
· Able to lift 50 pounds, reach 6' or can with a ladder
· Able to walk distances of 1 - 3 miles daily
· A working vehicle with ability to drive several miles per day
