The Role

This role will be a mix of sales support, customer service, and day to day administrative support for the Ancient Greek Sandals team.

• Assist in driving sales growth in new and active accounts throughout the US territory, working under the direction of the Footwear Director & President of US Sales
• Work closely with the Director to support both the brand and the retailers we sell to
• Competitor analysis to ensure the brand has a commercial product offering at the right price point and is presented in the most effective way
• Monitoring sell through in existing stores and action stock swaps, returns, etc.
• Assist with preparation of training packs and brand information for outreach to stores
• Update database regularly to ensure accurate contact list is held at all times
• Organize collection samples from receiving, visual merchandising, and return the collections
• Prepare all paperwork for selling including price lists, line sheets, and order forms
• Order entry

The Candidate

• Minimum 2 years experience in fashion wholesale, footwear experience required
• A strong commercial awareness and interest in fashion and wholesale
• Ability to work under pressure, results driven, and self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confident in Microsoft Suite – particularly in Excel
• Able to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
• Target driven with good negotiation and presentation skills
• An enthusiasm and passion for premium quality product
• A dedicated, hardworking, and committed individual
• Flexibility to work longer hours during the selling season as well as potential travel abroad
• Enthusiastic, confident, and able to act as an ambassador for Rainbowwave
