The Children’s SPOT, Inc. is currently in search of a RBTs who are looking to be part of a professional, passionate, and expanding organization. The RBT is an hourly employee and will be assigned a caseload based on experience. We are currently looking for RBTs to work in our clinic in Howard County or in the home with our clients after 3 PM. The RBT could work up to 20 hours per week.
We are only considering applicants with a current certification as an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
At least 1 year of experience with children.
6 months or more of experience as an RBT.
RBTs should have an understanding of natural environment teaching strategies and experience with children 5 years and older.
Candidates should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, work independently, and effectively collaborate with others.
