Position Overview: The Revenue Cycle Management Director is responsible for overseeing key processes within revenue cycle management, including payment processing, provider credentialing, performance reporting, and team support. This role ensures operational efficiency and accurate tracking of performance metrics across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities: The RCM Director will manage payment processing by overseeing incoming payments to ensure timely and accurate handling. They will oversee provider credentialing, including managing applications, renewals, and maintaining malpractice documentation.
In addition, the role involves monitoring and reporting on performance metrics, including collection percentages, payment posting accuracy, claim error rates, and accounts receivable trends for 30, 60, and 90 days. The coordinator will provide regular updates on missed collections, outstanding credentialing, and key performance areas during weekly review meetings.
This position includes tracking and evaluating metrics for the group’s payment processes, claims, insurance workflows, and front desk operations, supporting team leads in addressing challenges and improving results. As a subject matter expert, the coordinator will provide training and support for all revenue cycle management processes to enhance team performance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:

Salary: $90,000 + per year
