Scheduling Coordinator – Chicago, IL

Full Time Hours: M-F 7:00AM-4:00 (9 hr day/1 hour lunch)  

*This position will hybrid for the time being (half work from home/half in the office) and will eventually transfer back into the office full time)

We specialize in permanent placement of Nursing, Health Information Management (HIM), Rehabilitation, Managed Care, Allied Health Care Professionals and Physicians as well as temporary placement and Travel Nurse assignments.

SCHEDULING COORDINATOR – CHICAGO, IL

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contacting nursing and health care pool to coordinate call outs and coverages
• Reporting daily openings & updates to RCM scheduling team

· Pair highly skilled health care professionals with appropriate cases

· Schedule replacements when needed

· Provide constant communication with our large pool of staff

REQUIREMENTS:

· Must have at least 1 year scheduling experience

· Experience scheduling in the medical field preferred

· Must be able to work scheduled hours

· Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to express ideas and information (both in written and oral form) clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience, and uses appropriate lines of authority.

· Ability to provide staffing solutions with minimal supervision.

· Must be proficient in google docs/technology

· Strong detail-orientation, organization and clerical skills.

· Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Compensation:

• 40k+ annual salary
