Transitional Program for Nurses - Nurse Aide to RN
Are you interested in working in USA and willing to prep/study for NCLEX while you work?
NOTE: Without passing the NCLEX Exam, a nurse (with or without experience) CANNOT work as a Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the USA
RDC’s Transitional Program allows you to work in a Healthcare setting and gain USA experience while you prepare for the NCLEX Exam
Work as an Aide for 6 months while you study/prep for NCLEX, then work as an RN for 18 months.
• Puerto Rico nursing license NOT needed
• Experience not needed
• 24 month Aide to RN/PN Transitional Program
Location: Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and High Point.

Requirements:
• Completed an LPN, Associates or Bachelor’s/BSN program in Nursing
• Read, write, understand, and speak basic English
• Willing to relocate to North Carolina within 30 days of employment offer
