Responsibilities: • Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by a Broker and/or Coach • Hold yourself accountable to your Business Plan to perform daily prospecting efforts to ensure success • Meet buyers and sellers (including on the evenings/weekends) to help reach their real estate goals • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters • Estimate property value through skilled comparative market data • Ensure all required documentation is completed and submitted within the proper time frames • Follow up on leads efficiently and effectively Qualifications: We are looking for driven individuals eager to serve customers.
