    We seek a highly organized and proactive Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Perform general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling correspondence.

    Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

    Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.

    Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

    Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents.

    Support the management team with various administrative tasks and projects.

    Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical.

    Process invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.

    Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.

    Perform other duties as assigned to support office operations.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

    Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    Strong organizational and time management skills.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

    Experience in the precious metals industry is a plus, but not required.
