Job Description

As our Sales and Marketing Representative, you will be assigned a direct mentor to teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations in our business. Our ongoing Mentorship in Management Training Program provides our employees with the skills and knowledge to not only be successful in our business, but in general success as a business professional.

• Developing and maintaining strong personal relationships with existing customers
• Utilizing strong leadership skills to build a high performance, cross-functional team environment
• Assisting in the daily operations with client and keeping up to date with client promotions
• Managing customer acquisition and retention by driving sales with a high level of customer service

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is often preferred. Some roles may accept relevant coursework or associate degrees.
• Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for sales and marketing roles to effectively interact with clients and create compelling marketing materials.
• Interpersonal Skills : Ability to build relationships, negotiate, and persuade others.
• Initiative Skills : Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
