We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Recruiter with administrative experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes while supporting various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across different departments.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact to job offer.
- Conduct reference checks as required.
- Maintain and update candidate recruitment databases.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Administrative Support:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare and manage recruitment-related documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and other necessary paperwork.
- Maintain and update HR databases and records.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and ensure they are set up for success.
- Provide administrative support to HR and management teams as needed.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate quality).
- Assist with developing and implementing strategies to improve recruitment processes and candidate engagement.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the HR and management teams to understand staffing needs and organizational goals.
- Participate in team meetings to align on priorities and timelines.
