We are looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer who will work closely with the Creative team to transform client marketing and brand strategies into compelling visual representations in print, digital, video, and other mediums. Main responsibilities include but are not limited to designing a wide variety of graphics, branded environments, signage, and way-finding for programs. The ideal candidate must have at least two (2) years of experience (level contingent upon experience) in graphic design, with agency experience (preferred).

Excellent production skills are required, and you must be able to prepare print-ready and digital files (mechanicals, etc.) according to specs

Able to translate and apply style guides and adapt key visuals to version materials to different sizes and media, maintaining aesthetic integrity and brand equity

Possess a design eye to maintain the hierarchy and visual integrity of Creative’s files when versioning and updating; diligence in file-naming structures and file organization

Comfortable taking direction from Art Directors/Creative Directors as needed

Strong understanding and consistency of application of template usage

Ability to work quickly and with multiple points of feedback and changes

Ability to work independently to troubleshoot technical and process-related issues

Independently and reliably manage daily workflow processes; handle multiple deadlines simultaneously and manage time dependably for themselves as never to miss a deadline

Excellent computer skills Adobe Creative Suite – predominately Illustrator and Photoshop, InDesign skills are a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS:

2-5 years in an agency or production studio environment

Proficient knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Google slides

Portfolio of relevant work.

Prior experience in a time-sensitive production environment is a plus

Strong knowledge of pre-flighting files

Experience and knowledge of Litho printing, Silk-screening, Digital printing, Mounting, Die-cutting, Assembly, and Kitting preferred.
