About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Home Care Aide to join our team at Compassionate Care In Home Care, LLC. As a Registered Home Care Aide, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients by providing personalized in-home care services.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing

Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management

Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping

Accompany clients to appointments and outings

Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior

Requirements:

Valid California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration

Prior experience in home care or a related field

Compassionate and patient demeanor

Ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
