REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR ASSOCIATE – $50 to $60 per client hour (DOE) Location: Ashland, OR (Onsite Only)

Join FourEight Transitions as a Registered Professional Counselor Associate and help us deliver top-tier mental health care to Southern Oregon. We're a start-up clinic with big ambitions and a strong foundation. We need dedicated professionals like you ready to make a lasting impact.
Your Role as a Registered Associate
You'll provide individualized mental health services using evidence-based practices. You'll conduct assessments, formulate diagnoses, and collaborate with our senior team for guidance on complex cases. We’ll also provide the clinical supervision you need to fulfill OBLPCT licensure requirements.
What You’ll Achieve
Manage a caseload tailored to your skills and clinic needs.
Conduct client screenings, assessments, and treatment planning.
Collaborate with the treatment team on individualized plans.
Utilize evidence-based practices and crisis intervention techniques.
Maintain CMS-compliant documentation.
Master our Electronic Health Record system, BestNotes.
Efficiently use MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, OneNote) and manage communications and records across multiple applications, including email.
Take on other well-defined responsibilities and projects as needed, contributing to our growth and success.
Who We’re Looking For
Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Registered Professional Counselor Associate status.
Willingness to provide in-person services only in Ashland, OR.
Ability to obtain an LPC license within three years.
Strong communication skills and tech proficiency.
