We’re growing our team and looking for a driven inside sales representative ready to take the next step in their career. We work with motivated sellers who are needing to sell a property they own fast for cash. You’ll be negotiating pricing and contracts with these homeowners to move them further down the sales funnel. Responsibilities: • Get in contact with new leads to qualify and move through our sales funnel • Maintain a 70% attrition rate on pre-set appointments with prospective sellers • Maintain a 20% closing rate on offers made. Average 1 contract for every 5 offers made • Nurture and follow up on offers made • 3-4 hours of talk time • 75 dials per day • Update & manage the CRM Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • MUST HAVE Sales Experience, preferably high ticket sales • Must be comfortable on a commission based pay plan Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
