OVERVIEW:

If you enjoy assisting others, you will enjoy working as a Store Front Representative for Harris County Toll Road Authority. This position will assist EZ TAG customers with their toll tag accounts, updating account information and account payments.

(FULL-TIME) HOURS: 5 Days include Saturday or 8- Hour shifts starting 7:30 am-9:45 am

7:30 am – 6 pm and 8-hour shift between that time frame

STORE FRONT REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answering inbound calls, assisting callers with EZ Tag questions
• Updating EZ TAG account information
• Assisting customers face-to-face
• Processing toll violation payments and assisting callers with their EZ TAG account

STORE FRONT REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATION:

• Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls speaking Spanish, Vietnamese, or Chinese speakers
• Ability to handle billing inquiries and address changes in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Chinese speakers
• Computer proficient and strong typing skills 40 WPM and accurate data entry skills
• Must be detail-oriented and have superior communication skills

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school or equivalent.
• Bilingual preferred
• Must have 2 or more years of face-to-face to the customer service experience
• Typing speed of 25 WPM w/ 90% accuracy
• Basic MS Office, Word, and Excel knowledge
• Able to multi-task and strong attention to detail
• Spanish/bilingual preferred
• Cash handling experience and ability to make change
• Must have a clean criminal background check
