IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Coordinate the payment and purchasing contracts
• Locate new vendors and negotiate the best price possible
• Keep expense tracking and usage analysis and cost fluctuations
• Review contracts and obtain signatures from all parties
• Audit and contracts for compliance issues

CONTRACT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Contract Management experience is a plus.
• Database experience (PeopleSoft, Access, etc.) is a plus.
• Professional-level communication with internal and external stakeholders is a must
• Ability to prioritize projects and tasks
• Critical thinking skills and excellent judgment of vendors
• Contract review and negotiation experience
• Vendor management and negotiation skills
• Requires the ability to answer a high volume of email and phone interaction
• Candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple task
• Advanced organization skills are required
• Microsoft Excel and Word skills required
• General Typing Test 30 WPM
• Data Entry Alpha Numeric Testing 7,000-10,000 keystrokes – 10key experience helpful
• No outstanding toll road violations (see link above to review your HCTRA account)
