CALL CENTER [HCTRA]

$15.75 /HR. | 2901 WEST SAM HOUSTON PARKWAY

HOURS/SHIFTS: (FULL-TIME) HOURS: MONDAY-FRIDAY EIGHT (8) HOUR SHIFT (BETWEEN 7:00 AM-6:00 PM) AND SATURDAY 8:00 AM-4:00 PM + ADDITIONAL WEEKDAY OFF, SUNDAY OFF-5-DAY WORK WEEK

CONTRACT – NO END DATE

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HCTRA ASSOCIATE:

• Answering inbound calls and assisting callers with EZ Tag questions.
• Processing toll violation payments and assisting callers with their EZ TAG account

HCTRA STOREFRONT ASSOCIATE REQUIREMENTS:

• High school or equivalent
• Two (2) years of call center experience
• Must have a clean criminal background check
• Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls speaking Spanish, Vietnamese, or Chinese a plus
• Computer callers and strong typing skills 31 WPM
• Proficient and detail-oriented with superior communication skills
• Pass drug screen and criminal background check
