    Position Overview:

    We're seeking an RF/Electronics Technician to collaborate with our engineers in designing, testing, and transitioning antenna and RF products from prototype to production. In this role, you'll troubleshoot, assemble, and support RF equipment and systems, while contributing to various stages of product development and manufacturing support.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in transitioning engineering prototypes into production in collaboration with the engineering team.
    • Conduct, analyze, and troubleshoot a variety of antenna and RF tests, including setting up test sequences and interpreting results.
    • Support circuit board and antenna assembly processes and fabrication of test fixtures.
    • Diagnose and resolve product issues, providing hands-on support to ensure quality and reliability in production.
    • Document test results, maintain records, and develop test reports and procedures.
    • Execute testing procedures safely and per company and facility guidelines.
    • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support production and quality objectives.

    Qualifications:

    • Associate's degree in Electronics, technical training, or equivalent military experience.
    • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in RF/electronics or antenna testing.
    • Familiarity with setting up test sequences and interpreting test data.
    • Proficiency with RF test equipment such as network analyzers, amplifiers, ohmmeters, and soldering tools.
    • Knowledge of antenna tuning, Smith Charts, and basic electronic troubleshooting.
    • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with engineering, manufacturing, and management teams.
    • Experience with antenna testing on aircraft is a plus but not required.
