Clinical Education Contractor
Work Location – West Coast
Hours: Open to working on an as-needed-basis: Approximately 1 week a month.

THE POSITION
The Clinical Education Contractor will provide clinical education and support for RFT’s SafePlace infant abduction prevention system. This person will demonstrate systems to end users in both the clinical and security departments. He/she will also conduct the “go live” process in coordination with installers, salesperson and customer. Document activities while onsite and make follow-up recommendations. Address customer issues and serve as liaison between the customer and Account Executive and/or Technical Support, when appropriate.

Qualifications:
Must be an active or retired nurse with OB and/or Nursery experience.
A minimum of 5-10 years’ clinical experience in a hospital setting is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to problem solve on site and effectively handle customer concerns and requests.
Willingness to travel overnight at least 50% for a few nights during the weekdays.
