Job Description
We are seeking an Inside Sales / Customer Service representative to join our team! You will be responsible for fielding customer inquiries, order entry, provide support and problem solve. A successful candidate will be a motivated individual with a high level of organization and expertise to support both Outside Sales Group and Customers. Important qualities for this position include excellent communication skills, teamwork, attention to detail and understanding Customer Service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
· Order Entry
· Follow up and closing orders
· Resolve customer inquiries
· Communication with customers via phone, email regarding questions, orders, shipments, return and product.
· Management of order workflow including order entry into computer CRM system along with necessary steps included in the order process.
· Support Outside Sales Group
· Develop and maintain product knowledge
Skills / QUALIFICATIONS:
· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
· Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office products
· Ability to build rapport with clients
· Strong organizational skills
· Detail-oriented
