Responsible for interaction with patients and family members. Provides support and assistance to nursing staff and providers.

Possesses a current license to practice as a registered nurse.

Thorough knowledge of practical nursing theory

BLS certified.

Knowledge of standard practices, rules and regulations related to registered nursing.

Knowledge of anatomy and physiology, aseptic technique

Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.

Ability to keep accurate records.

Ability to deal with a variety of patients, staff, health care providers, and community representatives.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Two years’ experience as a registered nurse
