We are actively seeking an experienced RN to join our Richardson, Texas-based home health agency as a Clinical Manager. This pivotal role will serve as a crucial link between our Director of Nursing and our dedicated clinical staff, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between the Director of Nursing and clinical staff, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Ensure strict adherence to state and federal regulations, maintaining compliance across all operations.
Provide comprehensive education and training to clinical staff on updated policies and procedures.
Participate actively in the recruitment and selection process for nursing personnel.
Manage and oversee clinical and administrative functions, including meticulous recordkeeping.
Respond promptly and professionally to phone inquiries and referrals with compassion and expertise.
Participate in on-call nursing schedule and deliver skilled bedside nursing care as needed.
Supervise and coordinate care provided by clinical staff, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare providers regarding patient care plans.
Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans, ensuring they meet patient needs.
Oversee Quality Assurance and utilization review activities, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Conduct regular supervisory visits and ensure thorough coordination of client care.
Qualifications:
Current RN license in good standing.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a home health setting.
Proficiency in OASIS documentation and other relevant clinical software.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a clinical team.
Thorough understanding of state and federal regulations governing home health agencies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective team collaboration.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
Full-time position with an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
On-call availability as needed.
