RN Designee

Seeking an RN to assist a Clinical Director (RCD) in an IL/AL/MC senior living community.

• Assist with staffing including selection, hiring, orientation, training, scheduling, retention efforts, counseling, discipline, and terminations.
• Maintain and enhance Quality of services, safety, infection control, risk management and other related areas.
• Help ensure community is always survey ready.
• Assist with admissions, assessments, individual care plan development.
• Ensure EHR documentation by staff is correct.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be currently licensed as a registered nurse and able to practice in Minnesota.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving leadership, and motivational skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with all staff, residents, family members, physician’s offices, ombudsmen, health inspectors and vendors.
• Able to work the hours needed and participate in an on-call rotation.

This position is hourly ($35-$38), though we can make it salaried if that fits your needs better. This position will offer manager experience, will participate in a manager-on-duty rotation shared with other managers across the community, and be considered for future promotions.
